Royal
King prawns are characterized by a pleasant taste, large size and ordinary, unremarkable color. They can reach 25 cm in length, painted in a green shade, and in some cases even in blue. On the shelves of stores you can find freshly frozen or cooked-frozen king prawns.
Northern prawns
Northern shrimps have another name – Chilim – and differ from other varieties by their small size. Their length does not exceed 11 centimeters, and the taste features exceed all expectations. This type of shrimp can be seen on store shelves only in cooked and frozen form.
